Noting the significant economic benefits the Project will provide to surrounding communities and the state of Wyoming, the letter highlights how the EIS process has taken more than six years, with the original Notice of Intent having been filed in May 2014.If approved, the proposed 5,000-well Project, which allows for year-round drilling, could generate up to 8,000 jobs and approximately$18-$28 billion in federal revenues which would be shared with Wyoming.
