In September 2024, Ciscomanidelivered a speech on the floor of the House of Representatives about the impact of the fentanyl epidemic and the need to hold drug cartels and traffickers accountable. In May 2024, Ciscomani hosted a field hearing with the House Judiciary Committee in Sahuarita, Arizona to hear from parents and individuals impacted by the fentanyl epidemic.
