Stafford Act. $1,784,434.28 to the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development for emergency protective measures in response to Hurricane Laura. The reimbursement is made at a 100% federal cost-share and authorized under Section 403 of the Robert T. Stafford Act. $1,130,627.15 to the Louisiana State Police for emergency protective measures in response to Hurricane Laura.
