The Expose BIDEN Act will require the Government Accountability Office (GAO) to issue a report indicating which of the Biden Administration’s rules have negatively impacted the economy. While the GAO is preparing the report, there will be a temporary suspension of enforcement of new major rules, and those rules which are determined to hurt the economy will be rescinded. Further, any agency seeking to issue a replacement rule must first certify that the new rule will not result in a decline in GDP or an increase in inflation. “President Biden’s failed policies have unleashed economic turmoil — burdening Americans with soaring inflation, exacerbating our national debt, and hurling our economy toward a disastrous recession,” said Clyde. “We must hold the White House accountable for recklessly and shamelessly wreaking havoc on our economy in order to advance Democrats’ Big Government Socialist agenda.
