Congressman Cohen has written three letters on September 11, September 28, and November 20 -- seeking answers after learning of Treasury plans to offer blanket loan forgiveness for recipients of assistance through the Paycheck Protection Program despite findings by both the Department of Justice and the Internal Revenue Service of egregious instances of fraud.
