Bush White House, dissembled about his work on Kenneth Starr's anti-Clinton crusade and deflected questions about his evolving view of presidential immunity. His partisan tirade showed the whole country he does not have the temperament to be a Circuit Court judge, much less a Supreme Court justice. He showed the Senatedisrespect.He is profoundly unqualified for a lifetime appointment to the highest court in the land.
