The 901,831-member union cited Congressman Cohen’s recent vote on the Faster Labor Contracts Act which was passed through the discharge petition process on June 9 when Republican leaders refused to bring it to the floor for a vote. Congressman Cohen made the following statement: “I have always supported labor unions and the right to fair and timely collective bargaining.
