Congressman Cohen has introduced H.R. 3663, the Complete Streets Act, that would create a grant program to fund Complete Streets projects to make transit routes safer and more accessible. Through this program, eligible local and regional entities could apply for technical assistance and capital funding to build safe streets projects, such as sidewalks, bike lanes, crosswalks, and bus stops. The roundtable will provide an opportunity to discuss this legislation and other ideas for collaboration on Complete Streets policies with local, state, federal government and private stakeholders.
