Res. 411, Finding that the President has not complied with Section 2 of the Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act of 2015, which passed the House today by a vote of 245 to 186: Back in August, I signed a letter with my colleagues calling on the president to immediately release all the secret side deals concerning the Iranian nuclear agreement. The president has failed to provide the necessary information to Congress so we can fulfill our legal duties. These secret deals between the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and Iran are key to understanding the Iranian agreement as a whole. By not allowing Congress to review these secret deals that we know exist, the president is not adhering to the Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act which was signed into law earlier this year. The president is turning a blind eye when it comes to the security of the American people, Israel, and our allies in the Middle East. This administration can get a better deal with Iran; its not this deal or war, as the president has falsely claimed. I will continue to oppose the Iran deal. 1 2026-03-30T12:14:52Z 2026-03-30T12:14:52Z
