Rep. Craig gathered the stories from a postal survey she launched earlier this month. Last week, Rep. Craig raised concerns from Eagan and Prior Lake residents during visits to both local post offices. During her visit, USPS officials assured Rep. Craig that increasing service levels is a priority and that service levels in Prior Lake are stable and that Eagan is improving.
