How the One Big Beautiful Bill Benefits Arkansans: The average taxpayer in Arkansas's 1st District would have seen a 24% increase in their federal taxes if Congress had not passed this legislation. The One Big Beautiful Bill delivers on the President's promise to halt illegal immigration and secure our country's border by allocating $46 billion toward finishing Trump's border wall and increasing funding to hire and train more U.S. Border Patrol agents. This bill includes the first meaningful investment in the farm safety net programs, such as ARC and PLC, since 2012.
