Today, as Congressional leaders of both parties continue to ignore these young immigrants calls, I kept my word. While others inaction has led to Congress adjourning for the year without a permanent solution for Americas DREAMers, our fight will continue in January. I am determined to continue working with my colleagues on both sides of the aisle and in both chambers of Congress, to find a permanent solution for these young people who,despite facing great uncertainty,are contributing to our nation and our local community in South Florida. These are Americas children, and they have earned a future in our country. So I will not vote for any spending bills until this important issue is resolved.I urge Republican and Democratic leadership to stop playing games with these young peoples lives and get this done as soon as Congress reconvenes in the New Year. La falta de accin por parte de algunos ha resultado en que lamentablemente hoy el Congreso termina esta sesin sin una solucin para los soadores pero nuestra lucha continuar en enero y nunca cesar.
