After voting against the legislation, Congressman Warren Davidson (R-OH) made the following statement: “I cannot support a spending bill that would enable the Biden administration to attack Americans who refuse to comply with President Biden’s unjust, unconstitutional COVID-19 vaccine mandates. It’s not enough to rely upon the Courts to protect Americans. Congress has it within our power to protect Americans, and we should do so. While the CR is the most conservative spending level on the table, I opposed that spending level last year, and I remain opposed.
