Sharice Davids on the decision to ground Boeing 737 Max Planes in the US: Earlier today, I signed a letter to the Federal Aviation Administration urging it to ground Boeing's 737 Max 8 aircrafts. There is nothing more important than the safety of the American people, and I was relieved to see President's decision to finally ground the 737 Max 8 and Max 9 aircrafts. My office has been in touch with the FAA and though they are committed to a thorough investigation, they could not give us a clear timeline on when they would have the results.
