At my last Town Hall meeting, which was held Saturday, December 15th, at Malcolm X College in Chicago, someone asked the question: “What is our position on impeachment?” Every person there rose and answered, “Impeach.” Madam Speaker, I make it a rule to follow the dictates of those who elect me; therefore, my vote will be that of the people of the Seventh District of Illinois.
