Recent data indicated that 2.3 million children in Illinois qualified for the advance CTC payments as of October 2021. In the 7th Congressional District, 121,000 children qualify but only 77,000 have signed up. Davis said, “This is an urgent message to families that qualify to sign-up for the holidays.
