Specifically, the FWFA codifies rulings to: Revise the methodology for determining the Adverse Effect Wage Rates (AEWRs) to use wage data reported for each U.S. state by the Department's Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics (OEWS) survey.
