We knew the vaccine was coming, and with real leadership and organization from the White House, issues like this could have been avoided. States cannot possibly plan to successfully reach all communities if they cannot rely on the federal government for accurate numbers. Connecticut is expected to receive 12,000 fewer doses next week than we originally anticipated which threatens to alter the distribution timeline. An undertaking of this kind requires a plan and clear communication.
