The winning app, ViziBox, was created by Aryav Taneja, from Redmond. ViziBox is used to read aloud text on documents or labels that are difficult for the visually impaired. A small device is used to take a picture of the text and then the text-to-voice app audibly reads to the user through the phone’s speakers. A demo of ViziBox can be found here. The winning app was selected by a panel of impartial judges from our community. ViziBox will be on display in the U.S. Capitol for the next year, along with winning apps from other congressional districts. | 1 | 2026-03-30T01:40:41Z | 2026-04-08T01:14:16Z |
