East Carolina University received the following grant: Pollution Prevention Grant: $563,932 The Center for Sustainable Energy and Environmental Engineering’s proposed project will provide technical assistance to manufacturing facilities in distressed communities to reduce the use and release of hazardous substances and increase water and energy efficiency. Technical assistance will include on-site general and targeted technical assessments, industry roundtable discussions, training courses, and public outreach.
