Woodson, Sr., Founder and President of the Center for Neighborhood Enterprise, will keynote the 4th annual Hunger & Homelessness Summit. “As we discuss the challenges that our rural community faces in the fight to combat homelessness, we should put a particular emphasis on creating opportunities through self-help and neighborhood empowerment as well,” said Rep Duffy. He continued, “Mr. Woodson has championed this very idea in urban communities.
