We are confident that Mr. Rosen will fight to protect Minnesotans, and their hard-earned tax dollars, from the scourge of crime and fraud we’ve seen in our state. We were proud to support Dan and thank our colleagues in the Senate for advancing his nomination,” Emmer said. In January, Congressman Tom Emmer led the Minnesota Republican Delegation in forming a nominations committee to assist in making recommendations to President Trump for candidates to serve as U.S. Attorney for the District of Minnesota. Rosen was one of three individuals recommended to the president. The nominations committee was chaired by former Minnesota Supreme Court Justice G. Barry Anderson.
