This settlement means faster Internet speeds for consumers, and Frontier will improve our states Internet infrastructure. I thank the attorney general for his hard work on behalf of our states residents and know this improved Internet access will help attract new jobs and improve our quality of life, Rep. Jenkins said. The estimated $160 million settlement resolves complaints about consumers Internet speeds and is the largest consumer protection settlement in the states history. Frontier will invest at least $150 million over three years to establish and maintain high-speed Internet access across the state.
