Evans said. "I'm also pleased to open a second office to make services more accessible to more neighborhoods. "This is in addition to my existing office in Northwest Philadelphia, mobile offices for several months of the year, and cooperative arrangements throughout the district where the offices of several state representatives and senators and city councilmembers help people access federal services closer to home. My office also provides information on many federal services online at evans.house.gov."
