Her artwork, titled "Meruem," was selected by a panel of local judges who evaluated submissions based on creativity, originality, and technical skill. Adelina’s piece captures a small sitting area in a local Grand Forks coffee shop called Urban Stampede—one of North Dakota's oldest coffee shops. “Adelina's beautiful work captures a unique piece of North Dakota, a scene from one of our iconic coffee shops where people gather to visit,” Fedorchak said. “She's a charming young woman with a bright future and I'm proud to have her work displayed here.” Image Adelina joined Fedorchak in Washington, D.C., where she received a tour from the office and attended the 2025 Congressional Art Competition Reception honoring winners from all 50 states and U.S. territories.
