These companies brought forward smart, specific solutions and even raised important issues we hadn’t fully considered yet. This is exactly why I launched this group: to gather as much information from the experts to help craft an effective legislative framework.” The RFI focused on three core pillars: American Energy Dominance and AI Energy Demands – Ensuring a reliable, affordable, and sustainable domestic energy supply. Securing the Energy Grid – Strengthening the grid to handle new demand and defend against cyber and physical threats. Strategic Competition: Outpacing China – Advancing U.S. leadership in AI and energy innovation. Next, the AI and Energy Working Group will review all submissions and host a series of roundtables under Chatham House rules. These discussions will bring together policymakers and industry experts from both the supply and demand side to identify practical solutions to powering the future of AI. Rep.
