The Ending Green Giveaways Act returns unused funds from the $3 billion of taxpayers’ money allocated to an out-of-touch, unaccountable ‘environmental justice’ grant program managed by the EPA." The “Ending Green Giveaways Act” eliminates text related to the “Community Change Grants” program and rescinds any unspent funds allocated to the program under the Inflation Reduction Act. This program, which received $3 billion in federal funding, is expedited by the EPA.
