Nazis should never get Social Security benefits it's an insult to those who suffered at the hands of these war criminals and to American taxpayers who are unknowingly supporting them, said Frankel. I'm proud the House is taking action to stop these payments. Due to legal hurdles years ago, suspected Nazi criminals were given the opportunity to leave the United States and continue receiving Social Security benefits. The No Social Security for Nazis Act stops payments to these individuals.
