Frankel. “Folks who sustained damages may get in-person recovery assistance by visiting the Hagen Ranch Road Library during business hours.” Disaster Recovery Centers (DRC) provide guidance regarding disaster recovery, clarification of any written correspondence received, Housing Assistance and Rental Resource Information, and answer questions. DRCs also provide referrals to agencies that may provide further assistance, status of application being processed by FEMA, and SBA program information when available. The Hagen Ranch Road Library Disaster Recovery Center is located at 14350 Hagen Ranch Road, Delray Beach FL, 33446.
