Fudge (OH-11) is pleased to endorse the nomination of Dr. David Bronson, President of Cleveland Clinic’s Regional Hospitals and Family Health Centers for a Commissioner position on the Medicare Payment Advisory Commission (MedPAC). Congresswoman Fudge, all members of the Ohio Congressional Delegation, and Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz (FL-23) sent a joint letter today to the Comptroller General of the U.S. Government Accountability Office in support of Dr. Bronson’s nomination. “I am pleased to endorse Dr. Bronson, a physician with years of practice in internal medicine, an administrator and national health care leader, to share his expertise for the benefit of all Americans on the Medicare Payment Advisory Commission,” said Congresswoman Fudge. “Dr. Bronson’s leadership was instrumental in the creation of a new branch of the Ohio University Heritage School of Medicine at Cleveland Clinic South Pointe Hospital in my district. This branch will train future generations of primary care physicians to serve our communities. His considerable skills as a physician and his emphasis on care management have brought many benefits to NE Ohio residents and the Cleveland Clinic.
