After detailing the measures for inclusion, Gianforte calls for action, concluding, Protecting the gateway to Yellowstone, permanently reauthorizing LWCF, resolving the maintenance backlog in our national parks, providing clean water throughout Montana, and reforming how our forests are managed are key priorities for Montanans, and I urge you to includes these measures in any public lands package. Gianforte's letter highlights five bills important to Montana that Gianforte has worked to advance, including the Yellowstone Gateway Protection Act, H.R. 4644; a bill to permanently reauthorize the Land and Water Conservation Fund, H.R. 502; the Restore Our Parks and Public Lands Act, H.R. 6510; the Bureau of Reclamation and Bureau of Indian Affairs Water Project Streamlining Act, H.R. 4419; and the Resilient Federal Forests Act, H.R. 2936.
