Golden, who has called for increased transparency in the review process for the CMP project, requested the release of the documents in a letter to USACE last month. The documents contain Central Maine Power's (CMP) amended application and supporting documents for the project's Clean Water Act permit. The application was amended in response to comments and information requests from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and USACE.
