Forcing children to endure yet another disruptive transfer only compounds the trauma many have already experienced before arriving in the United States.” Every child deserves protection, stability, and meaningful access to the legal representation they are guaranteed under the law. The administration’s lack of transparency on these transfers is unacceptable and raises serious questions that children’s legal rights are being deliberately undermined.
