Res. 107 passed the House of Representatives on December 18, 2020 by a vote of 320-60. Today I voted to keep the government open for two more days while negotiations are pending for a longer-term budget for the year ending September 30, 2021, said Grothman. 60 of my colleagues voted to shut down the government, however I don't understand the logic in shutting down national parks, telling federal employees they cannot work and closing other government facilities.
