At its core, this NDAA focuses on reinvigorating America’s defense industrial base to ensure our troops can continue to keep our country safe. “As a graduate of West Point and former officer in the U.S. Army, I am proud to support this year’s NDAA, which ensures America’s heroes have the tools and support necessary to carry out their mission,” said Congressman Guthrie. “This legislation unleashes America’s private defense manufacturing capabilities and invests in much-needed quality of life improvements for our servicemembers.
