Just months ago, I was delighted to learn that that after years of collaboration and advocacy from my office, six buildings at the Milwaukee VA Soldiers Home will finally be rehabilitated and restored to serve veterans. It was a major victory for our servicemembers and those of us who worked diligently to preserve this truly historic site.
