"Wisconsin has top-notch universities that provide a stellareducation and training, drawing people in nationally and internationally. Many local students at colleges and universities have faced financial struggles due to the pandemic, and it’s important that we respond to their needs by investing in their success. That's why I am thrilled to announce funding that will allow these students to continue following their dreams, pursuing an education, and meet their basic needs. I am also pleased that President Biden has lifted Trump’s mean-spirited, xenophobic ban on federal relief funds being used to support undocumented students. Immigrant students enrich our universities andthis pandemic has hit all students hard without regard to immigration status, and many have seen their education and lives turned upside down,” saidCongresswoman Moore.
