The U.S. must continue to explore a mix of diplomatic talks and economic sanctions. "For Hawaii, while the trajectory of missile flights from North Korea do not put Hawaii at the top of North Korea's likely U.S. targets, I am pleased to see the Hawaii Emergency Management Agency take prudent steps to warn and protect Hawaii residents and visitors in the event of an unlikely attack.
