Curative, one of the largest providers of oral COVID-19 testing in the country, will be launching a mobile testing unit on Monday January 4th and will serve locations across Rep. Harder's district in both Stanislaus and San Joaquin Counties. Curative offers a self-administered oral test, which uses saliva instead of a nasal swab. The test is free to all individuals, including those without insurance, and can be administered to children. We heard from communities across the Valley that we're low on testing capacity so we went and found some more, said Rep. Harder. The first step in combating the virus is understanding where it is this will give us a better chance to do that while also giving people more opportunities to get tested. Interested residents can visit www.curative.com/CA10 to make an appointment. Appointments will be available starting four days before date of test. Walk-up availability is limited.
