The City of Aberdeen will administer the funding to replace aging and deteriorating water and sewer infrastructure in the Swan Meadows neighborhood. The project will replace critical water and sewer lines that are more than 80 years old and increasingly prone to failure. These upgrades are necessary to maintain reliable service, reduce the risk of system breakdowns, and protect public health in one of Aberdeen’s underserved communities.
