Choptank Community Health is one of 700 health centers nationwide that has been selected to administer these additional vaccines to underserved, rural, low-income, or minority patient populations. Currently, Choptank Community Health already administers a small number of COVID-19 vaccines, as part of an allotment from the State of Maryland. Over the next few weeks, HRSA and the CDC will roll out the next phase of this vaccination program nationwide. Congressman Harris issued the following statement: "This is great news for the Mid-shore!
