Fairfield County residents with uninsured losses from Hurricane Ida may be eligible to get certain expenses covered by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). My office has compiled a Disaster Resource and Recovery Guide. I hope you’ll find this guide helpful to answer your questions about the resources that may be available if you were affected by Hurricane Ida. Click here to view the Disaster Resource and Recovery Guide. If you think you may qualify for any of the FEMA programs listed in the guide, click here to apply for FEMA Disaster Assistance. If you think you may qualify for the SBA programs listed in the guide, click here to apply for SBA Disaster Loan Assistance. FEMA opened two Disaster Recovery Centers in Bridgeport and Greenwich. These centers are available to help Fairfield County residents affected by Hurricane Ida.
