"I was incredibly impressed by the quality of this year's submissions and grateful to every student who participated. As the first-place winner, Olivia Briscoe’s artwork will be displayed in the U.S. Capitol for one year alongside winning pieces from congressional districts across the country. The second-place winner’s artwork will be displayed in Congresswoman Houchin’s office on Capitol Hill, and the third-place winner’s artwork will be displayed in the district office in Salem, Indiana.
