Houlahan, Chambers, and Colligan will answer housing-related questions for community members. “I know housing and heating costs continue to be a concern for some Pennsylvanians,” said Houlahan. “That’s why I want to help our community members access resources to find quality and affordable housing. I’ve also been a strong advocate for LIHEAP, a national program that helps low-income Americans heat their homes, including thousands of families here in Pennsylvania.
