Our burdensome tax system has stifled innovation, punished middle class families and small business owners, and hindered us in the global economy. This bill is all about bigger paychecks, higher wages, more jobs, and less government in the way of American ingenuity. “We have achieved a critical step in the long process of overhauling our tax code. However, the work can’t stop here. We have continually seen bills become weaker or not make it across the finish line in the Senate. Although this may be a political victory in the House, the American people don’t win until President Trump signs the bill into law.
