Highlights from the COVID Relief Deal This bill will Provide $325 billion to extendthe successful Paycheck Protection Program and support small businesses. Provide $28 billion in funding for vaccine production and distribution. Include $82 billion for the Education Stabilization Fund to help schools safely reopen. Provide $13 billion in direct assistance for farmers and ranchers. Distributedirect payments to the American people. Ban surprise medical bills. Includetax relief for American families. Assist local hospitals and doctors and provide funding for rural healthcare providers. Protect against unemployment fraud. Provide funds for substance abuse and mental health services. Help to support struggling airlines and the thousands of furloughed airline workers.
