The funding will reimburse and support critical emergency response activities carried out between April 12 and July 9, 2026, including personnel costs, contract services, and the operation of the Emergency Operations Center. It also supports the dissemination of critical information to the public, medical care and transportation, and the delivery and distribution of medical supplies. Super Typhoon Sinlaku created an immediate threat to the health and safety of residents across the Commonwealth and required an extensive emergency response.
