This legislation recognizes the unique challenges facing economically distressed communities, particularly our territories, and would allow a higher federal cost share for eligible airport projects. We’re proud to be joined by my colleagues from across all insular areas, including Congressman James Moylan of Guam, Congresswoman Amata Radewagen of American Samoa, and Congresswoman Stacey Plaskett of the U.S. Virgin Islands.
