This legislation would require the Department of Veterans Affairs to provide telehealth and mail-order pharmacy services to veterans residing in the Freely Associated States. The bill also establishes a clear timeline for VA to finalize agreements with FAS governments, strengthens beneficiary travel payments, and requires quarterly reporting to Congress to ensure accountability.
