Starting now, you can pay filing fees directly using electronic debit from a U.S. bank account with Form G-1650, Authorization for ACH Transactions. This new option makes it easier, faster, and more secure to submit your applications and petitions. It joins the existing credit card option (Form G-1450), giving you more ways to pay. Paper checks and money orders will only be accepted until October 28, 2025. After that, you’ll need to use ACH debit or credit card payments. If you don’t have a U.S. bank account, don’t worry, you can still use a credit card, including prepaid cards. Be sure your account has enough funds to cover the fees so your applications are not delayed. We know navigating USCIS processes can sometimes feel confusing, especially for families here in the CNMI, so please take note of this update and plan accordingly.
